Aladdin finds jobs with the help of open data. This page names the sources and gives the credit that they ask for. Thank you to everyone who shares them.

Company lists
Aladdin reads jobs from each company's own hiring system. These open lists tell us which companies use which hiring system. A board name is the short name of a company's job page on its hiring system.
Each license below lets us use the data if we follow its terms. The link on each license name opens those terms.

Places
Aladdin uses GeoNames to understand the places in job posts and how far apart they are.

Exchange rates
European Central Bank (ECB)
Aladdin converts pay from one currency to another with the euro foreign exchange reference rates of the European Central Bank (ECB). This lets it compare the pay of a job with the lowest pay that a person wants.
Government job feeds
JobStream (Sweden)
NAV (Norway)
Aladdin reads Norwegian job ads from the job ad feed of NAV, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, which publishes them at arbeidsplassen.nav.no.

USAJOBS (United States)
Aladdin reads U.S. federal government jobs from USAJOBS, the federal government's official job site.
- Each USAJOBS job on Aladdin links to its current official job announcement on USAJOBS, where you apply.
- Aladdin reads the USAJOBS data about once a day.
- Aladdin is an unofficial service. It is not operated, sponsored, approved or endorsed by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
